Automating the gap between sales and ops
The problem
A 45-person SaaS company was losing 18 hours a week to manual data entry between HubSpot, Airtable, and Slack. Deals closed in the CRM weren't reaching ops until someone remembered to copy-paste them.
What I built
A real-time pipeline using n8n that triggers on deal stage changes in HubSpot, enriches the record, creates the corresponding Airtable row, and posts a structured Slack notification to the right ops channel.
The result
18 hours a week recovered. Zero missed handoffs in the first 60 days post-launch.

Tripling support volume without tripling the team
The problem
A 28-person fintech was drowning. Support tickets were up 3x year-over-year, CSAT was slipping, and they couldn't hire fast enough.
What I built
An AI co-pilot integrated into Zendesk. Incoming tickets are classified, enriched with account context from PostgreSQL, and passed to a Claude-powered agent that drafts a response or resolves the ticket autonomously depending on confidence score.
The result
62% of tickets resolved without human intervention. CSAT moved from 4.1 to 4.8. Same team, 3x the volume.

Eliminating 11 manual steps from fulfilment
The problem
A 12-person D2C fashion brand was manually routing every order through Shopify, updating Notion, notifying the warehouse via Slack, and chasing inventory alerts by hand.
What I built
End-to-end automation across Shopify, Supabase, Make.com, and Notion. Orders trigger the pipeline automatically, inventory checks happen in real time, and low-stock alerts fire early.
The result
All 11 manual steps eliminated. On-time shipping hit 99.2%.
